Default Flag Mount

Looking for ideas for the best 3 flag mounting system. Currently riding a 19 Road Glide Ultra. And looking to run full size 3 x 5 flags. Thanks for the help in advance.

Thread belongs in the touring forum, but...

(edit... Even tho I think you mean the really large flags, I don't think these guys make them. Still better to post in the touring forum because you'll get a wider audience)

Pro Pad makes the best ones IMHO. https://www.thepropad.com/stainlessmounts

If you're talking about a 3' x 5' flag, Rivco has kits for that. I used my Harley quick detach luggage Rack and mounted a receiver tube from Rivco. I run freeway speeds with this set up all the time. no problems and the quick release makes it easy to remove off the bike.

sixguns- what is the luggage rack and how did you mount the receiver tube? We’re there any additional parts to complete the install. Looking for details of your setup.

staffg, The detachable rack is from Harley-Davidson. This mount is on its 4th bike and sixth year of heavy usage without issues. The receiver tube is from Rivco, it bolts to the Tab welded to the rack. I advise not to go aftermarket on the rack, they are thin wall and may not hold up to freeway speeds. I run the pole at 7' off the ground, this allows for no worries with getting on ferries or other low clearance issues and keeps the flag off the Ground.

I cut the plate out on our burn table and welded it in. here are a couple pics, hope this helps..... Good Times
