Ecu and tuning gurus I need your help, expansion from my last post. I'm fighting a recurring 132/152 code on a 114 with a zippers 468 cam. What were thinking may be the issue is the rdrs on the bike cutting in. Has anyone seen this before? How do you tune around it? Anyone have any information on this.
More info, the bike is flashed with power vision, stock narrow bands. Would going to wide bands and a target tune help with the problem?
Curious as to what you are using for a tuner and yes, the RDRS system can be an issue. It is my understanding the you can disabled the traction control but NOT the torque control and that is the issues tuners are struggling with.

Ahh hadnt heard of that being an issue. He mentions power vision as his tuner. Still I would think if he purchased his tuner from FM or somewhere, they would offer some guidance.

I cant be of much help but a local dealer built a 20 CVO Limited with a HD 131 using an aftermarket cam, exhaust and power vision. The last I heard they were still having issues with codes from the RDRS. Not sure if they were able to get it sorted or not.
They built a RGS with a HD 131, aftermarket cam, exhaust but used the wide band sensors and auto tune power vision and were not having any issues from the RDRS. It made 161/160 and said it was fun to ride.
Sorry this isnt much help, just sharing that there are other issues out there when using an aftermarket tuner and having RDRS.
Dynojet has different tunes if you have an rdrs equipped bike or without rdrs. I found this out when I found a home for my 2017 Road Glide Special with Stage 3 and had a custom tune from Fuel Moto. When I went to FM to buy a new license for my Powervision to use with my 2020 RKS they specifically asked if the bike has RDRS since it's tuned different than a non rdrs equipped bike. You can go to Dynojets main site and get a tune for an rdrs bike. I'd contact Dynojet to get some more info. Hope this helps out! I'm still on the stock tune currently since I've only added a KN filter to it. Still debating on a set of slip ons but I'll probably keep this one to Stage 1 only.

Reason: not correct
I loaded a tune for a 2020 107 last fall (2021). The tune accounted for the RDRS option and I had no issues. It was just a tune for decatted head pipe and high flow air cleaner. Not a build.

Your codes P0132 and P0152 are front and rear cyl O2 codes. P0132 Front Oxygen Sensor High / Engine Rich and P0152 Rear Oxygen Sensor High / Engine Rich.
This has nothing to do with RDRS. As stated in the DTC description it indicates a RICH Condition.
Fuel Moto is rock solid, so if he bought the power vision from them, they would support the tune for the bike and it's components. He could inquire to make sure that it is the correct tune but my guess is, they already mapped the correct tune for him if he indeed bought the pv from FM. I'm going out on a limb here since it looks like a cam was done, which means the exhaust was off. Is there any chance the o2 sensors are swapped by accident?
