Had the dealer install the SE tuner along with the Heavy Breather Elite intake. I'm going to swap the Elite for the standard SE wedge air cleaner. My question is will this require a different map install from the dealer? Is that even how that works with this tuner? Can I just swap the intakes and not worry about the tuner?

If you aren't changing exhaust, you really don't need a tune. And from what I've heard, I think the SE tuner does not adjust the fuel, only timing due to EPA regs. But, since you have it, I would say that no, you don't need a new tune for a different air cleaner.

If your bike is all stock other than the air filter and you are switching to another air filter you will be fine.
You don't need to update the tune for AC change.
There is only one map per stage in the street tuner, so if you change your AC there is no different map for it.

All stock other than a set of S&S slip ons and the AC. Thank you.

Note, you do have the option of running some auto-tune SmartTune sessions with the SE tuner, which may help it deliver a more accurate tune for your particular equipment. Might help some.

definitely..poor man's dyno tuning...I had my 107 dyno tuned with it because we have a great performance team at our dealership, and it is the preferred method in the SEPST tutorial but auto tune sessions can't help but improve upon the base calibrations..was just too tedious and time consuming for me, and I didn't have a laptop or the VCI cable...my bike yielded some gains and ran fantastic for 39000 miles before trading in
