M8 engine block limits
I read a lot about big bore kits and the same issue/concern arise: the sleeve thickness (Won't open this worm can here since you'd fall asleep...). Now my question is if the aftermarket jumped the ''thin wall'' craze, is it because you can't punch an M8 engine block? It is my understanding that TMan does and far from being new in the biz, I'm assuming he's taking a calculated guess so, how bigger you think one can increase the block bore size without anything leaking? And last but not least, how much Tq/Hp you think we can go before welding the crank and do the Timken mod?
