That's a huge factor as well. Pavement and tire temperature along with tire pressures can all be a factor. Maybe just stand up on the pegs around 3 MPH, lean forward, grab some throttle and see if she breaks loose.
A 125 Hp bike is a monster to a guy weighing 140 lbs soaking wet and a much different animal with a 280 lb man on top.

One thing I know for certain, nitromethane don't care how fat you are, you're gonna spin the tire even at 150+ mph
