Found the Rattle
Finally figured out the rear area rattle - thought it was the LH rear muffler hanger again but was the fender bottom edge vibrating on the inside bracket. Just close enough to hit that bracket at idle. I stuck a piece of rubber vac line in there for now Ill probably fill that narrow gap with some sealer after next wash.

Ive got a rattle on a 2020 SG Ive had since new back there. I have to turn my head to the left and it's only once Im up to 50-55mph. Very faint, but annoying,
I know, I know. Dont turn my head to the left.
Sounds like a little glass jar with metal clinking around in it. I wish whatever it was would just fall off already.

The other common rattle is the LH driver floorboard. That I fixed with extra washers when the bike was new. Looks like the same board as the prior twin cam and evo’s I’ve owned some tolerance in the mount is now off I guess.
