Rode to Myrtle and Savannah for the weekend. All in all about 700 total miles. Yesterday I noticed some liquid buildup behind the rear cylinder head. I got back to the hotel whiled it up and we left for home today. Parked in the driveway and took a look Im not happy about this as it was fine up until I took the this trip. Any thoughts on what it could be? Its got a reddish tint to it so Im guessing transmission fluid but its faint.

What fluid are you running in the tranny? Is it red? I run Bel Ray in my tranny and primary and both are red. If you are running red fluid it would seem that its coming from the tranny cover. Have you taken that cover off for anything? I would also shine a flashlight all through the fins in that rear cylinder.
Ive had my fair share of oil issues with this RG. Timms is actually my home dealership and I brought an issue to them and they replaced the front rocker box seal as it kept tearing. We got that issue under control and now this one. I may have to stop down there this week or next and see if theres anything they can do for me.
Unless you are running Red Line or other "colored" trans oil. Normal trans oil in the usual golden color. Pull the trans dip stick to verify the color of the trans oil and level before assuming it's the trans.
Check you air filter for oil. Overfilled oil even to the full mark on the dip stick and running hard will often result in excess oil blowing out the vent tubes in the air cleaner.

Would be no doubt with Redline, that stuff is like Elmers glue mixed with pepto bismol!
