In the other threads I have read the only problem is with the dash light and nothing else.
With reference to a wiring diagram each turn signal is powered by its own wire from the BCM. The indicator on the dash is a CAN bus command to the speedo and the speedo sends the power to the indicator or repeater light.
So after the BCM has done its thing for LED turn signals a problem exists with the repeaters.
my guess, it's not that simple. The bcm probably thinks there's something wrong with at least one of the turn signals and is telling the speedo to fast flash the dash indicators.
Checked out the link and in the 1st review someone said they were 3 times brighter than custom dynamics, hard to believe cause CDs are very bright.. I was going with HogWorkz because of the sequential feature which is pretty cool. I can't live with the hyper flash dash lights so I'll try the HD inserts.

reviews....how did they measure 3 time brighter?..LOL...CD, as folks know, have a great following and warranty, lots of happy customers..I have friends using them..one set failed but were replaced for free no questions asked...but I bet you will really like the HD ones..they are really bright and only a one year warranty but LEDs in general are long lasting and mine have been fine for at least a couple years now..if after a few years one goes out...well, $125 bucks for more years ain't going to break the bank...and most importantly perhaps, the swap should be seamless and transparent in operation
edit: noticed the below in HD online instructions in the Details section of the linked page ..wasn't necessary for my 2020 but like it says..if needed follow the procedure
"After installation of new turn signal inserts, verify proper operation. If turn signals appear to flash quickly, BCM will need to "learn" the new current setting of LED inserts. To put BCM in this "learn" mode, flash hazards for 30 seconds. Then turn hazards off and recheck flash rate of turn signals."
