Might be a dumb question but would an outter primary cover from a twin cam fit on a Milwaukee 8? Ordered one and they sent me one for a twin cam by mistake and really don’t wanna go through the hassle of returning if I don’t have too
Some TC's did come with the Narrow primary cover. Just to clear this up . Are you talking about the derby cover or the actual primary cover ? Most TC had the wide primary the change to narrow resulted in a derby cover that was larger.
Send it back make them give you what you paid for.

Here is pick of a 07-up touring primary gasket sitting on a 17 m8 primary. The front bolt hole is the big one since it goes into the case.. Notice that the M8 gasket has a little bump under the rotor. Bet you can pull the rotor without grinding the primary..
