Default New 128 problem

I sure could use some help here. To start with this bike was a stage 4 131 that smoked the rear piston. The engine was removed from the chassis and sent off to have the crank trued welded etc. I installed a set of 128 cylinders along with a set of 128 Carrillo pistons Pt # M5112A 12to1. I originally installed a .030 head gasket along with a .014 base gasket. These stage 4 heads are at 93cc. I also have the CR 483 cam. When i got the bike together it started right up and ran great. I let it run for a few minutes and did it 2 more times over the next couple days. The next time i tried to start it it acted like the battery had went bad. I did purchase a new battery but it didn't need it as the old one is working fine in my personal bike. I have tried every which way to get this to crank, which it will with 2 plugs out. It wont crank strong enough to get a compression check. Its not the starter, or cables, all has been tried. I feel like its to do with compression for some reason. its not sumped, to full of oil etc. When rolling by hand in 6th gear or rolling the engine from the left side i cant get a complete roll with the plugs in however i can feel the compression relax and feel the ratchet release and i can go further. In neutral with the plugs out it cranks like nobody's business. I have even changed the head gasket to a 52 and base to a 20 with no help. I now have it all apart again and everything looks great. I do have the primary and timing chain off now also. Could that cam be giving me to much cranking compression? It also still has the stage 4 tune in it. Have you ever heard of anything like this?

Maybe the ACRs need to be replaced?

The 483 is designed for stock 114 I think. Before you tore it down would’ve been easy to try a bigger cam

Double check the ACR switch in the map- if the ACRs were disabled/failed, it could easily act like this.

CR 483 is a torque cam.

That cam will still work good in the 128. It’ll be a torque build. The power will hit hard and fast.

as stated above though, check the map and make sure the tuner didn’t disable the ACR’s. To see if they’re working do a compression check. If ACR’s are working, it’ll be around 110 - 130 psi. With them failed or disabled it’ll go above 200psi
