Mercury Insurance opinion?

I've been shopping my auto insurance as Farmers keeps jacking up my rates for no reason and got a quote from Mercury Insurance for significantly less than what I'm paying now.

I'm not familiar with Mercury so wondering if anyone has dealt with them before and can offer an opinion on this company?

I have been with Mercury Insurance for the past six years (with 20th Century before them) and I am very pleased with them. I have been in one not at fault accident and they took care of everything with no issues. I also received a speeding ticket that I wasn't able to go to traffic school for and they sent me a letter saying that "due to my outstanding driving history", they were not going to up my rates at all. They didn't (always kept the good driver discount) and it wasn't but three months later, I was given a loyal customer discount! I wish that they could insure my motorcycles too, I have GEICO for that and they can lick my n*tsack in my opinion. I originally transferred insurance to Mercury becasue of the difference in rates too.
