I hope I can post this since i am new here. But for us Northerners who don't ride all year round, how does insurance work? Do you just down shift your policy while the bike is tucked away, then come spring raise it back up to normal coverage?
The fact that we don't have year long riding season is built into the pricing already. You just get a policy for the year. You don't want to leave your bike uninsured even if it's sitting in the garage anyway.
