Where I come from, people DICKER. That means that the asking price can be negotiated. If you never make an offer, or you never contact my friend, you will NEVER own this beauty!
I'll offer more constructive criticism on the ad. The price was lised as "FIRM", which indicates that the owner is not inclined to dicker on price. If there is some haggling room on the price, "OBO" would indicate that to a prospective buyer.
I bought my 05 in 07 with 8K miles on it for 14K. Got 54K on it and it still runs like a champ. Stock and never has had to have a shop visit.
That lift is nice. The fact that it's stock means buyer will get great reliability as long as they don't F' with it. Someone should make an offer. I can't because I'm broke and still paying for mine.

I tried to PM you about this bike, but you can not receive PM's for some reason. My friend's bike is still for sale, but, he has removed some of the options, including the lift. He now is asking $12,200 and he is willing to listen to offers. He can be reached by e-mail at ridin@fairpoint.net , or by phone at 207-993-2577. The bike is located in central Maine not too far from Augusta.
