Default 8" pull back t-bars

Got them as a gift. Never mounted them. Decided to go a different route. I don't know the brand. 1 1/4" fat bars have 1" narrow tips to accept standard controls. Drilled and dimpled for internal wiring. 8" rise. 7" pull back. 32" wide. 3 1/2" mounting bolts distance. Make me an offer.
