well paid 20k for the truck, wasn't near as nice as i had hoped but runs like a scared rabbit, get all hooked up ,no brake or turn signals on trailer, blown fuse, nice safety inspection, then we go to get on 75 and as i pull on the on ramp i see there is a accident and the ramp is shut down, cant back up too far,OK lets turn a 20+ft truck with a 16 ft trailer around lolso i swing wide and get into the grass and embankment and the frt of the truck starts to slide down because of all the rain, put it into 4x4 and walk out of that and head down the road, run into more heavy rain, tornadoes warnings and then the pass side wiper starts acting funny, get out and check it and the only thing holding it is the tension from the arm,2 stops and 20.00 later 2 new wipers, finally get there and the weather sat nite is good,go for a ride to the tiki bar and have a drink, next morning everyone is sick with a cold but me i on the other hand have a reoccurring issue with something i ate at a truck stop in Indiana (if you know what i mean),the weather in fl sucks the 1st couple days so we stay close to the mother in laws in cocoa,i decide to wash the truck and throw out my back, one of the guys looses a credit card somewhere in dalton,ga.then gets a speeding ticket in Daytona because he was riding alone,he doesn't speed! 17 over and $400.00,RAPIST COPS,Thursday we finally get to spend a full day at Dayton, stopped at the dealer and bought a shirt or 2,stopped at broken spoke and had a drink and a sandwich, road downtown to get the cheap shirts for friend and froze again otw back to cocoa.go for one last ride Fri am before we load up to head home, wife and i took son and grandson out to lunch before we left,i loaded my bike ST and the guys loaded theirs while i was gone, here is a hint, double check their work, one came loose otw and fell into the other 2,will find out damage tomorrow when we unload them, the guy who tied his down took a emergency flight home because his girlfriends dad wasn't expected to make it thru the weekend so it was just me and 1 other guy to drive back,i get pulled over in GA for speeding while the good old boy who was following me gets pulled over and let go,so much for southern hospitality!,the rest of the trip was uneventful till we got to Chicago and ran the rest of the way home in the rain
THANK GOD I'M HOME
have to go back to Dalton GA next weekend with trailer to pick up other truck
PS anyone in Wis interested in a truck

heres a little update brooker ford in Dalton,GA ripped me off, charged me 650.00 for work on a blown motor that wasn't needed or would benefit in getting the truck running, said the oil cooler was bad and when we got the truck back to Wis and torn down #8 piston was in the oil pan and Cyl wall was cracked top to bottom and around to top as well,JUNK
ended up putting in a used motor which runs well and mow i have my own truck as well
