that's too bad about blacksmith, I haven't seen that but now I am concerned. Have to think twice about using him again.

It is a shame that the internet provides people with the opportunity to make such a vague statement that could potentially damage someones business.

When you say "your boyfriend's family" you are speaking third hand and I can't for the life of me even picture what plastic part you might be speaking of. Please....the next time you speak to your boyfriend's family....tell them to give me a call. If they were not happy with the service they received here I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with them about it. If there was indeed some plastic part that should have been chrome I would be happy to correct the mistake or at least explain to them why they did not get what they may have expected. I do find it hard to understand why someone would pay for a chrome part and then not speak up when they didn't get it.

Any regular customer of mine will tell you that I regularly go above and beyond to make my customers happy. I do almost NO advertising and rely on word of mouth referrals to expand my business. It is in MY OWN best interest to have happy customers and to have them tell others they were happy with the work they received here. That doesn't happen if people think I cheated them out of parts they paid for.

As to my honesty...I think any of my customers would get a chuckle out of someone saying I am dishonest.....just like I did until I realized it was posted on an open public internet forum for all to see. Again....if you know of anyone who was unhappy with the work they received here....tell them to reach out to me. I will do everything I can to make it right.

If anyone reading this is curious about how I do business .....stop by and see me!! I always welcome the opportunity to talk with potential customers. I am willing to bet that you would be pleasantly surprised with the fact that we do indeed do things a little differently than many shops out there.

Nick,
Was good to hear from you. As always their are 2 sides to every story.

Let's all just stay on the same page here with useful info to provide users. If we continue to use the forums as a tool to insult and whatnot, then we will not permit them in the future.

Thanks again Nick for your positive response!
