Either Perkins Drive lookout in Harriman or that real squiggly road in Port Jervis.

i see something totally different in this picture... breasts on the left, a flat stomach in the middle and a smal patch of trimmed trees on the right

Very good, it's called "Mother Nature laying in the hills". It's at the top of the goat trail Rt 6&202 above the Bear Mtn Bridge. If your ever up there stop and look north, you can see the bridge at the bottom of the photo....
