Heat wave alert!

Heat wave alert!
Going to mid 90's today & tommorow with very high uv rays.
If you are out riding today please:
Stop often for shade,
keep hydrated drink drink drink,
apply sunscreen every 2-3 hours.
And watch out for the cagers too many out on the road this weekend distracted with kids.

I always ride with my gear, so on days like this, I leave the bike parked.

When it gets down to the mid-80's again, I'll be back out there.

I don't know how those southern guys do it....

It's brutal, really only enjoyable before noon. Nuts are hanging well below my knees.
