Hey guys. With the warm weather hopefully around the corner, why don't we all meet up somehere? Seems like everyone else is, so why not us? Hell, they are having a rally out west!! Doesn't have to be anything big. We should meet up and go for a ride down to Captree or the Ocean Parkway. Let me know what you guys think.

Well Lou, it looks like you and I are the only Long Islanders on this forum who ride during the winter months. Maybe we can shame a few of the fair weather suzies to throw a leg over their bike before the spring thaw.LOL

i moved from lindenhurts 5 years ago to NJ
i miss captree tons. the fishing there rules, except for the gooks
pm me if your gonna get a run together. i can gather up some guys from the old neighborhood
im only bout 3 hrs away with traffick (man, i dont miss that)

Joe, I know what you mean. People look at me like I am nuts when I go for a quick winter spin. Last week we had that day where it was about 55, and I was out all afternoon. For the rest of you guys, I'm not saying to ride now. Hopefully with enough early notice, we can get everyone together for a good run.
