Once the weather gets warmer, I'd be very willing to take a ride out to the western part of the state. Seeing as there is no good place around here to ride. My wife and I love the western part of the state. We like the Mohawk Trail, we also like to bash Bish State Park out by the New York State line.
Quabbin Resivoir is a GREAT ride expecially up Rt.202 on the West side !
We head West on Rt.62 in Sterling, MA to Barre, MA where we pickup subs at
subway. Then over to Rt.9 West to Quabbin Tower eat lunch then head out
Rt.9 West to Rt.202 North into Southern NH then head back East to home.
