Thought I would pass along an invitation to participate in a bike run that takes place in a few weeks. I attended last month and it was a blast. It is the first Sunday of the month, so the next event is May 7th. Weather permitting of course.
Agenda is as follows :
7:00am - Meet in Horsham, PA. Run out to the Amish Country (1 exit past Morgantown) on the PA Turnpike. It is a 1 hour, 15 minute ride from Horsham (69 miles).
9:00 am - Breakfast at a MC club (donation is $5.00) for all you can eat. Very good breakfast...
10:00am - Bike meet / Bike show (over 500 - 1000 bikes last month attended).. Walk around for an hour or so, looking over all the rides.
11:00 - Ride…..and see some beautiful countryside ……..Watch for the occasional horse drawn buggies and horse piles in the road.
2:00 - Lunch and a cold refreshment at the chicken shack (Route 422), out there somewhere. Great food and cheap..
3:00 - Leave to come home (I took 422 all the way to King of Prussia)..
4:30 - Home….
If you know anyone else that rides, that may be interested, feel free to pass it along.
E-mail me for directions to the meeting spot in Horsham...plsinc530@yahoo.com
