The nicest weather in Jersey in months turns out to be the weekend I decide to visit family in Palm Beach. The thousands of bikes driving by on A1A didn't drive me insane at all, I swear.
Yea, ok. I would have gone to the closest dealer and rented a bike just to be out. LOL LOL Aren't you glad your back to this crappy weather....
Ha...and I'm over here complaining about how cold my garage is to do any work to her nevermind taking her out for a ride! I won't take her out unless it hits in the mid to high 50's & all this salt & dirt has washed off the roads after a couple good rain falls. Yah yah...call me whatever you want! I learned my lesson last year after I started to get a little bit of rust on my wheels on my old FXDC from ridin' on salty roads last February!

I tried, I packed pretty much only tiki bar and beach clothes. While I normally would never ride in shorts, that was my option as the suit I flew down in would have been laughable. No proper riding gear = no rental at Palm Beach HD (and I assume everywhere else). I just couldn't justify $100+ on clothes at the dealership and $160+ for an afternoon of riding. So I stood on the balcony with a beer and dreamed....

wind was definitely a pain in the as%@, but well worth the price of admission for a day on the bike in February, usually this time of year my only outlet is snowboarding, so this was a nice twist to a normally snowy month. Nice to see some others got out also.
Tbyrd,
should've done like my wife does, buy your riding clothes, leave the tags on, go for your ride then return the clothes. LOL
