Mass. 2009 Inspection Changes
I saw a post on the Paramount H-D (Framingham, MA) website about changes in the 2009 inspection process.
Apparently it is computerized now. I'll spare you all the paraphrasing and give you the link to the MMA website where they've written a story on it. There is also a link to the MA inspection law (called a CMR).
All in all, no change in the law, just the process for getting the sticker.
