I know it isn't that far from Boston but I will be there from Friday 7/10 until Sat 7/18! I am hoping to get some riding in. I have a few friends coming up on Sunday for a Bentleys run. Who is in the area and wants to meet up?
Where are you staying Mike ?? I live just outside of Bar Harbor, but am in town everyday as I work for the water dept.
Could possibly meet up with ya some evenings, if I get out of work at a normal time..........some times happens, some times doesn't.
It's my daughter's birthday this weekend and I'm going to have a bunch of 13 year olds sleeping over tonight. I hope to be getting rid of them by noon Saturday and get some riding in since it's been raining steady since June 1st.....let me know where you might be and maybe we can meet up...
FYI, Saturday is Big Moose HD (Portland) open house from 10 - 3. Dyno shootout and free food.
Took a litte ride last night! I love it up here. So much better than riding in downtown Boston. Is there a motorcycle spot that people meet u at other than bentlys? Trying to get more riding in but involving the family at same time wife doesn't mind driving the cage with the kiddies.
Don't know of any 'biker spots' to hang out at around
the Bar Harbor area..........I prefer to jump on the bike
and ride a couple tanks of gas on some of the scenic side roads
and back roads.
500 miles for lunch Friday and another 300 miles yesterday for lunch
There is Central Maine HD in Hermon ( 60 miles )...Big Country HD in Augusta(100 miles) ..L/A HD in Lewiston/Auburn ( 130 miles )
