Hey, what if I got a custom, is that cool too? Where are most of you from? I'm in Old Bridge.
Wow...a softail in this crowd....and I thought Steve was the only one. Last year, on our first ride, I think we had 4 or 5 Wideglides, a Street bob and a bagger. To be honest...I don't really care what anyone rides...even...urhumm....metrics. I draw the line though if the two-wheeled vehicle you're riding doesn't have at least a clutch
Yeah...Steve's right..I am the holdout here...but just look at it this way...most bikers in NJ prefer to head out this way because of the lack of stop lights and four-wheel vehicular traffic...my house is a good meeting spot (Hillsborough/Flemington area)...and I'm always willing to keep the fridge stocked with beer, soda, munchies...and we even keep the pisser nice and clean! So unless the ride is a shore run, everyone's always welcome in my home.
Can't wait for some nice weather...and I'm looking forward to meeting some new folks this coming season.
I'm in Tinton Falls. CreativeCycle is litterally just about in my back yard. We've probably passedeach other a few timeson Rt 34 once or twice.
Hey Veniculum, lived in Somerville for years and my folks are still in Raritan Twnship and you're right about the lighter traffic. And Shibby, I'm originally from Mo County....lol. Small state. Now I live down here at the shore in the summer, sometimes I feel like I am a target. Can't wait for spring when we can all maybe get together and do some riding.
Oh yea...Softail Deluxe
I have some good friends in Tinton Falls, Little Silver, etc. Since I'm just off 537, we're always cutting across thru Tinton Falls. Dorneybrook Park, going to Rooney's on the Shore or to Long Branch H-D.
I love Phalanx Road and many of the roads just North of there cutting through across 34...
Three - Aron would do it too. That's what I was thinking. Lets chat Thursday - they're open Saturday 1/2 day maybe take a ride...
Steve,
Where is creative cycle?? Might be able to meet you guys Saturday morning if you decide to go.
Tom,
Done some powder coating. I decided to go with a black and chrome look. I have the triple tree's off and waiting for them to come back. Hoping to get them back Saturday as well.
Todd, Steve isn't the only softtail here/nighttrain
Damn...how could I forget...sorry about that man...Still...I never forgot that first ride...you weren't there Gary....I've never seen a group of HD riders, and not one softy in the group. Was a little strange.
Anyway...like I said..unless you show up with a scooter, I'm cool riding with ya.
D creative is in the Monmouth exec airport on route 34 just south of 33. Building 17 it says.
Todd it wasn't more breakin up the WG love in cause only nightrain took the long ride with you guys the day we met last year, I had to head back. I was actually amazed when the 5 of us met up that we were all WideGlides and FX softails, not a single big softail or bagger in the bunch. It seems anytime 3 Harley's get together in the same place there's always a bagger.

Yeah...it seems like whenever you see a group of harley riders, there's always at least a couple road kings, fat boys, or electras in the group...not this one. And like I said..the first time we met, it was all wide glides and a st. bob....the lone bagger was definitely out of place that day!
