My question has oil in it so I figured I would start here. I own a 2014 HD Breakout and I'm chroming it out. My oil tank is a gloss black and to buy a CVO Chrome one is Out of the question. Used parts are nil for the breakout, I thought about having it chrome vinyl wrapped but wasn't sure if anyone else had tried it or knew anyone that had?? I thought about going to the paint forum but it Didn't say Oil!! Any help Would be Appreciated!!!

I would talk to a powder coater to see if they have a chrome look they good do. Personally I think the black blends in with the bike better

Try e-bay motorcycle salvagers they have all kinds of parts. The bigger ones are good to deal with. just do your home work and make sure it fits. welcome to the forum, this is a great place to get answers.
