crankcase breather

i have a late 92 evo which is vented through the heads like a 93. it still has an aftermarket crankcase breather hooked up to the origanal spot at bottom of crankcase. it pukes a lot of oil. can i do away with it since my moter is vented like a 93?

Is it a breather hose? If so try raising the length higher up and see if it still pukes oil. You can try eliminating it but could create a different issue.

Did it come from the factory configured as a head breather, or was it changed to head breather, just wondering if all the components are in the engine to allow it to be a true head breather. Heads, rocker covers,umbrella valves, cam cover.

I don`t think a head breather uses the crankcase vent.
