Just put this in the tranny, and I need to know if I should run it a while then drain & re-fill, 'cause I had been running Amsoil75-90 gear oil. Or will it be ok to just run it to the next change interval.

You probably won't notice much difference because you are used to a good synthetic gear oil to start with. But, I'm a big redline fan. Because it's the same price.
