HELP!!! I live in the Phoenix, Arizona area and as you well know, some days are over the 100 degree mark. Yesterday, it was right at 100 and I noticed that I was running at about 245 degrees as read on my oil bag dipstick. Got me wondering, what's the expected operating temp of a 2005 FLSTFI with a 95 kit installed. Yes, I know that outside temp as well as stop and go or highway driving will affect it. Just wondering if anyone out there can give me a range to work with. I'm running Royal Purple syn oil, 20/50 with an oil cooler and still seeing anywhere from 220 to sometimes 250.
