Houston Lawyer
Get a good one, a real tough, mean, aggressiveSOB.
I got the worst lawyer in the world a few years ago, a guy in his 60's getting ready to retire or something, and got screwed left and right, even though the other guy was at fault 100% and ran a red light.
I wish to heckI would have gotten one of those well-known, aggressivelaw firms. The larger the firm, the more power and personnel they have to prepare your case properly. My lawyer worked out of his trunk or briefcase or whatever, and it was a sad day for me the dayI realized what a mistake I made when it was all 'too late'. I thought it was all cut and dried, seeing how it was all the other guys' fault. I learned the hard way.
I purposely stayed away from the big firms thinking I would be a 'nice guy' and that I didn't need all that hardware, seeing howI thought it was all so cut and dried. Man wasI wrong.
