I would like to thank everyone for the kinds words, thoughts and prayers. In the early morning hours of Oct. 25th, Aniko quietly slipped away from us after a valiant battle with her cancer. She was surrounded by myself, Ryan, her sister and close friends. It is time for those of us who knew and loved her, to accept our pain, so she can be free of hers. Ours is emotional, and it will heal with time. Hers was intensely physical, and the only escape was for her spirit to shed it's shell, and float free.

I miss my best friend and ridding partner very, very much, but I know that she is now at peace, riding with the angels. When you see a pig pink cloud at sunset, know that is her, on her big pink Harley, riding across the sky. She will be remembered for life she lived, not the passing that came far to early. Ryan is doing ok, he has lost a big part of his world, but he has the love and support of all of our families and friends, counselors, and anything he needs. He too will be a survivor.
