Another Dog Incident
A co-workers Mom and Dad hit a dog running free and he is still in ICU. They were not going very fast but he still suffered some major injuries. His name is Hubert Bailey and resides in Austin. He has been riding for many years and it is possible that some of you know him. I work with Tara and Mick and met him last year at ROT.
