Since winter is half over (as in "well begun is half done"), and since there is nothing else to do but surf the forum, I think we should hold a pool on our first post-winter ride date.
Let me kick it off - My bikes are in storage in Bayfield, on the western shore of Lake Huron. I'm betting my CDN$0.02 that I will be taking the bike out on March 28 (last weekend in March). It may be a bit chilly for the first few days, but I'm betting this alledged global warming has me riding before April. Ya - I'm an optimist.

I have to agree with you. Even thought it will be -6 F tonight here in Minneapolis, I believe that a pre-April ride will indeed happen (and it can't happen soon enough!).
