I actually never been up there or any Canyon riding... only riding experience is Street/Freeway

Alright, here's an easy one. Starbucks at Atlantic boulevard and valley boulevard in Alhambra, Saturday morning at 10am. Pretty easy access and huge parking lot with a wide patio.
