Bob:
We are leaving Thursday AM. The group leaving Sweetwater will stop and pick us up in Escondido and then we will follow basically the same route you are.
See ya there, if not sooner.
How many people are leaving Chula Vista on Thursday?????
Gene I think there will be around 10 bikes leaving Sweetwater HD Early Thursday Morning I know thier picking up another rider in Escondido on the way. They are meeting at the dealer Wednesday evening to store gear on the chase truck. Contact PJ (assistant director for Sweetwater chapter) @ sweetwaterhog.com
Awsome, if I can get away from work early enough, I would like to head up with you guys, as long as you don't mind having a San Diego Hog member in your group?
Gene, the more the better. Check the Chapter site for all the info for when thier meeting and leaving prior to and on Thursday the 4th. See ya up there.
Thanks Bob, had a great time in spite of the rain, hail, sleet, snow and the towel head who did not tell me at the gas station that they did not accept American express, I tried 3 cards and they all said see cashier, went back this morning to fuel up to return to San Diego, the guy today said, OH., we don't take American Express, only master card and Visa, didn't they guy tell you that yesterday????? what an idiot he was.... by the way, made it back to SD, only had to fuel once in LA, still had a range of 146 miles remaining on the bike.....
