Bike friendly motels in San Diego?

Bike friendly motels in San Diego?
Going down with my son next week for an overnighter to check out the Mission for his 4th grade class project. Anybody know any motels in that area where I can feel safe parking my bike in front of my room?

Which mission, Mission Basilica or Mission San Diego de Alcalá??
Both are fairly close to Mission Valley. Stay at any of the motels in Mission Valley and you should be safe.
