2. The roads are open.
3. The City screwed the pooch big time on this, They required the rally committee to pay for so much security they went >$2 million in debt and bankrupt.
So....now the bikers will show up and want to party...the Bars and taverns will be open, the hotels and campgrounds will be full and the Sherriff and his 3 deputies will be **** out of luck as far as being able to control anything.......
