Barstow to Needles via the 40- Gas/Stretch?

Barstow to Needles via the 40- Gas/Stretch?

Looking to breakup this 145 mile stretch a little better than going 51 miles to Ludlow then 94 more to Needles.

Where do some of you stop on that stretch on the way to Laughlin?

Get off the 40 in Stedman and take Rt. 66 to Amboy. There's usually a very large gathering of bikes coming and going and hanging around shooting the breeze. More fun than the 40.

I agree.. I done that route. If you stay on route 66 look for the tree with dressed up like a Christmas tree with Bra's there's also a shoe tree but the bra tree cracks me up
