Well the vacation was great! We were on the road for 10 days. We went to the Oregon H.O.G. Rally. But we left on a saturday. Did not have to be their till thursday night. We left yuba city on north 99 went to chico. Then west on 32 to I5 north to Red Bluff. This is Were we got onto 36 west and took that to 101 at Fortuna. Then101 north to Crescent city. That is were we stoped for the first night. Stoped at a camp ground named KAMP Klamth. It is not a state park camp groung. Nice place if you get their on saturday you can get dinner their for $7.50 you have to bring your own drink. And arter dinner the camp hosts played thir guitars and guest can join in and play. We left their went north on 101 into Oregon. Once we got to the coast in Oregon the weather was windy and cold allthe time we were their on the coast. We were going to stay the night at a camp ground just passed Coos Bay But the fog was so cold and wet we went to Reedsport for a room that night. The next moorning we still headed north on 101 we stoped at a state camp groung called Devils Lake. That is were we stayed for two days in a YURT. It is a little round hut with a HEATER!!!! So on we went upnorth on 101 to Tillamook were we took 6 East over to Tigard. Then stayed their 1 night . Then took off down 12 I think. over to I 5 south then to 205 east to Gladstone for that night. Then on the ralley they took us over to 99 e thru some other roads to 22 over to Sisters were we took 242 w to 126 w to Eugene for one night. the next day they sent us down I 5 w to some more back roads to 38 w over to Reedsport the back down 101 s to Coos Bay. From their we went to 42 e to I 5 then to Canyonville for ending cermones.GERAT TIME BY ALL!! Well the next day we went to 227 to 62 over to Crater Lake for that night . The next day we went around the lake . The onle promblem their was is a FOREST FIRE by the lake Coun't see all the lake thru the smoke it was still nice. Fromtheir we went to 97 wthru Klamath Falls. And 97 w back to California to I 5 south to a camp ground at Lake Siskyou for the night. The next day we headed down I 5 south to Redding then to 44 east over to Mount Lassen for that night. The next morring we took the road thru the park to the top. NICE VIEW FROM THE TOP at over 8000 feet above sea leavel. Then thru the park to 36 w to 99 s thru Chico and back to Yuba City and HOME. the milage roung trip was just under 2000. CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT VACATION. May Idaho be next ?
