Ok Homer, Longhair4life and the rest of you So Cal riders,
We alluded to it but are we going to make it happen? Meet one Saturday @ Laidlaw's Harley in Baldwin Park. Hang-out and/or shop then ride out to Tom's Farms in Corona. (has to be a Saturday as Laidlaw's is closed on Sundays). So who is in? Anybody want to put their $.02 on a particular date this summer? They have their big parking lot sale on July 9th but there might be way too many people there making it harder to park as well as assemble as a group. My summer is wide open. Any takers?
P.S. I elect Longhair4 life as ride captain/ grand marshall as he is the one who started the thread that started the idea, that led to the ride, that...................
I'm in, I'll just need a couple weeks notice if possible as I usually work Saturdays. Oh yeah July 9th is going to be my wifes surprise 30th b-day party so anyother Saturday would be ok with me.
So is this going to happen or what? I'm down in San Diego and maybe we could get a few riders from down here and meet up with you all somewhere in between. I need a good Saturday ride!!!
Cure Autism Now is a charity dedicated to finding a cure for autism. This group is having a charity ride September 18 in Los Angeles. They are also having rides in Frisco, Seattle, and Chicago the same day......the reason I'm involved is because my nephew is autistic.
I will post all the information regarding the ride ASAP.
