I just got back from there. There was water on the roads, but nothing bad. The Revolution Plaza was packed solid with bikes and people. Kids climbing up people's bikes while their moms and dads took photos of them. It was all good time though. One of the guys in our club is also a member of Solo Angeles, so he led us out through one of the back ways. All five bikes in our group only had to wait maybe 2 minutes at the border to get out.
I'll post a link to my photos once I get them uploaded.

Maybe 5,000 bikes in attendance. No rain. Tons of kids standing along the sides of the parade route, and bikers tossing toys to them. Took us only 2-3 minutes to get back through the border checkpoint.
