HOLLISTER MOTORCYCLE RALLY
JULY 6-8, 2007
After a one-year absence, Hollister is back with Horse Power. The 60 year Hollister Motorcycle Rally continues its tradition in 2007. For the first time, the city of Hollister has enlisted the help of a promotions company to create a motorcyclist’s entertainment Mecca in its historic downtown area. Veteran event company Horse Power Promotions enlists its 26-year expertise in public relations and production to work around the clock on one of the biggest makeovers in rally history.

This is a run I've always wanted to go on but never made it. The “little woman†and I are planning a ride up the coast this summer. I'm planning to stop at Hollister. I don't think I'll be spending the nights in Hollister though. I used to live in Monterey, much cooler along the coast. The deal is: no schedule, stop when and where we want and poke around. When I first moved to Oxnard, we used to drive the PCH about 5 times a year to visit friends in Monterey. Talk about a great road, one of the best in the world. Grumpy, I’d offer to ride with you but I have no idea when we are leaving. Nor do I know what side trips we will take. For sure, we want to stop at a couple of “ghost towns†inland near Cambria. Not into the usual turestia traps. Any way the run looks like great fun and always did, JMHO.[8D] [sm=biker2.gif][sm=badbadbad.gif]
