Yeah that thingy will work to power the radio. But to avoid irunning it far, you can tap into the headlight power.
As far as the horn, sometimes the air horns come with a connection kit. You’ll need to attach power to the battery, with an appropriate in line fuse. Then power the horn from a relay connected to the existing horn, that switches the battery connected power to the air horn.
CanBus doesn’t get involved when you are T the horn, or headlight.
Not to be a smart ***. But, you might need someone knowledgeable to help ya out.

the 2x Heater Gear sockets are driven through a 15A fuse.. see below:
Attachment 613191
the PAC connector (where the Daymaker lights plug in, is supplied by the BCM and the Daymaker fitment instructions list this as a 8Amp max output... as you can see the output is the Red/Yellow fed from pin#2 of the BCM, and it feeds the PAC connector as well as the Diagnostic connector and is also uses as trigger wire for the PAC relay - hence this would be a good source for a trigger wire for a relay to get another ACCESSORY POWER source...
Attachment 613192
here is the PAC connector:

Being based in the UK, when I search for one or two-of connectors I normally source them from these guys:
Attachment 613194
this is the Molex 33481-0301 - you can just search for that if you're anywhere else in the world...
however, back to your issue at hand.. :
1. shown above, I don't see a source other than the Battery itself for a 20A source... hence i would power the relay from the Battery
2. I would trigger the relay from the existing horn (red/violet : (R/V))
Attachment 613195
Hope this helps!
