I agree, and was hoping that HD would make the module that you can get for their bikes with taillight and turn signals (doesn't apply to bikes like the Street Glide that already do this since they don't have a separate taillight), which allows the rear turnsignals to operate as running and brake lights in combination with the taillight. It's a simple plug and play. I've had the module on the last several FLH's I've owned, the last on a 2020 Standard. It really lights up the rear with red LED's.

Don't know why HD or custom dynamics hasn't come out with that module. We can hope HD has their engineers working new and exciting projects rather than small items like the module. Of course nothing is normal in this Covid world. With the new end/beginning of year 2022 product line release maybe there will some nice PAS items we can lust after.
I had several comments this last weekend from people riding behind me to say how bright the rear lighting was. Bone stock bike.
That said, Denali makes several additional brake lights and turn signals that can be programmed via their Cansmart controller. HOWEVER, I have their Cansmart controller for Harley and it has a different plug for the diagnostic socket (i.e. to read the CANBUS signals) and so won't work for the PanAmerica right now. There may be an adaptor that one can buy to go between the two different plug/sockets, but I haven't found one yet....

Also, from my own messing around, I found an accessory harness under the airbox. So, if you want to tap into the factory harness for lighting, that's the place to start.

I am hoping Custom Dynamics will jump on this bike and start offering rear light options and hopefully some front lights as well. Just received their front LED turn signals for the RG and they are bright as f---

Waiting on CD myself, I've tried all of them and CD just makes the best stuff imo

Haven't looked at the turn signal bulbs on the PA yet to see if CD's will fit. Will look after work, in the meantime does anyone know?
