Assuming "Condo Board" is like an HOA? You say you have a garage but there's no outlets? Is the garage attached? Can you just be a lawbreaker and run an extension cord? Confused here.
It's a common parking area with reserved spaces . And the people on the board are clueless. If I ran an extension cord they's say it was a tripping hazard.

Gotcha. Now I understand. Sounds like you may be pulling the battery or just maintaining it by riding it often.
I think you are right. Just wasn't sure. Wasn't sure if a motorcycle alternator small size and with the computerization and lithium battery that charging need the supplement of a tender.
But yeah cross country and or off road adventures wouldn't be possible otherwise.
I wasnt aware that the Pan America is fitted with a lithium battery as far as I know it comes with the standard H-D offering although Im sure that your local dealership would be happy to sell you one 😉

Mai what happens when the electric vehicle bandwagon hits town and the residents want to charge their EVs 🤔
Lithium batteries hold their charge longer than lead acid/AGM batteries.
They do but tend to have lower Ah rate than lead acid. With the security system and electronics always on to some extent the battery will probably drain at a similar rate to AGM.
I think you get around 14 or so days when the battery will probably need topping up.

I'm contemplating a Pan America. One issue is that where I will park the bike will have no outlets for a battery tender. Condo board won't allow a bike on a tender.
I'm planning on riding it frequently after work and even to commute during the day. I plane on riding all winter.
Am I going to hate my decision of getting the PanAm or can I work around it. Remove battery during the infrequent snow and ice storms and charge the battery inside - I don't mind getting underside and Torx out six bolts and getting to the battery.
Since I got the flash, I have no charging issues at all. It went 2 weeks without me touching it and it started up without issue. Worst case, you go start it on a weekend and let it run a few minutes to charge it.
