Panhead question
Panhead question. Hello first time on first question I have a 54 Pan/Shovel 66 top I want to go back to all Panhead what kind of modifications what I have to do to the top end for example do I have to put on different Jugs Pistons and Arm thank you

it is very expensive to un do a shovel top end - OEM pans in the 54 vintage are bringing thousands just to buy and they need thousands to restore
if money is no object then ask away - pictures would help determine just what you need to buy like a period correct carb with out a core sells for 1500 to 2000 alone not counting the air filter and manifold
