You'll need something or you wont be able to shift it without your foot hanging in the air looking like a dork. You need foot boards or pegs.

Im pretty sure I see the rear mount for the right foot board which should clear the pipe because the stud that goes to that mount is a 90 degree piece to go up and over the pipe.

I am sure riding that bike......nobody gives a flying fluck about what the rider looks like..pfffffft....

but the shifter does move your foot almost a foot to shift that type mech and trans

it bothers me enough I install a heal toe shifter on everything I am keeping

I'll figure it all out once I get it, then I'll be leaning on you guys as to where I can get floorboards, brackets and heel toe shifter.
The shop where the bike was built is going to take some time with me to go over everything. He may even have some parts I can score, he already said he would dig around and come up with an original distributor.
