Default Smooth 41 mm Chrome lowers...

As stated.. I'm helping a friend replace the springer front end he had on his 58 Pan. He has had the neck raked years ago.. I used my Wide tubes and sliders with +2" extensions and my 19" front wheel to mock it up.. We determined this was the length he wanted but he's having a very difficult time locating Smooth Sliders (no caliper mounts).. He also has the front rim that matches the rear just no mount for a break rotor.. If anyone has a line on a set of Smooth sliders I would with 5/8" axle bores I would appreciate it.. Thanks..

Back when the chop crew took FLH legs and had them turned down or just cut the tabs off. Find a set of bare wide glide legs and spin them down & chrome them, gonna be easier than finding a set I'll bet.

Oh and if those are the old school welded spoke you can get 3/4" bore bearings to make things a bit more common.

Thanks that's probably what we will do and I had considered the 3/4" bore bearings for that wheel.. They're smaller than normal.. I have measured them but I forgot the size, I believe they're 1 3/4" diameter.. But yeah turning down and smoothing is probably going to be the way we go.. I was just hoping that I could find some just to make it that much easier thanks TwiZted..

Means you'll be turning an axle down for that wheel anyway you go then. Part of the fun or so I keep telling myself

Think I've got a set of sealed bearing for those still.

If they fit yours for the shipping, I'll never use them.
