I have a 1953.

Original Paint, 1 year only Glamor Green option

about 25,000 miles.

Perfect running order

$80,000

Located in Phoenix

If this is within your interest and budget you can PM me.

If you were to google "1953 Harley Glamour Green", the first couple of hits link to photos and discussion of my motorcycle.

If you are stuck on a '48. they are out there.

try ebay but...buyer beware !

$80K...find another.

1953 Original Factory Paint in a one-year only special order colour. ( Original Paint = "OP")

Not a rebuilt, a put-together or a 'restoration' with taiwan parts.

in perfect running condition.

they are only Original Once- and this may be the only one, extensive searching has turned up one "restored" '53 in Glamour Green, but no OP bikes other than this one. A google or bing searches will return hits on my bike and a full catalog of photos is out there.

Check recent sales on similar machines on ebay- you'll see high prices.

This is my 3rd Panhead, and it is not like I am actively trying to sell it, but I would look at offers as the bike is now 60 years old. ( and I own it, so I get to declare the value)

The person who is likely interested in a machine like this is 60 years old and wants a great "Birth Year" Harley- and that buyer is financially secure, they are not thinking about rent or utility bills.

A put-together panhead is out there for those who want that, and under 10K will get a spankin' machine...but it won't be original.

I'm sorry, but I'm having difficulty understanding what you are asking (?), saying (?).

And a '53 for $80G's?

Holy SH8T!

Have HD prices gotten away from me or is this a dream and I'll wake up soon?

everything is for sale for the right price...the guy who buys this has a 14% tax rate and has never seen a wrench...the other kind of 1%er

a panhead can be found every day for a few grand, but it will not be original. makes a great rider for us guys who ride.

then there are those who want a display piece.

BTW the is a very nice restored '50 EL on ebay right now with a BIN of 21k
