Bought the matte charcoal denim paint from the dealer with the top coat(clear) and it came out with a gloss on it. Got the activator also. They said that id need nothing else but its to glossy. This is starting to be a pain. Anyone else have this issue?

 

Did you get the Clear Top Cost from Harley? That's your problem.

 

Did you get the flat clear coat? There is a matte finish clear coat. You may have got the wrong one.
